You’ll meet 1-on-1 with a coach to talk about your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you're rebuilding after burnout or starting for the first time in years, we’ll guide you to the best program for your needs — and nothing you don’t.

How do I get started with The Boxing District?

The first step is to book your free intro session. From there, we'll help you find the best program for your needs, whether it's group classes, personal training, or specialty programs like nutrition coaching.

I'm new to fitness, can I still join?

Absolutely! The Boxing District is designed for everyday people with no prior experience and of all fitness levels. Our workouts are scalable, meaning they can be adjusted to meet your abilities and progress over time.

What type of training programs do you offer?

We offer coach-led small group training that combines kickboxing, strength training, and conditioning. All designed for beginners and busy women. No experience needed. No sparring. No pressure to “keep up.” Every workout is guided, structured, and fully adjustable, so you can move at your own pace while getting stronger, more confident, and more capable over time.

Can I learn self defense?

Yes—with the right expectations.

You’ll learn proper punching and kicking technique, build strength, coordination, and awareness, and gain the confidence that comes from knowing how to move your body with purpose.

While we don’t teach street-fight scenarios or sparring, the skills you develop absolutely carry over to feeling safer, more capable, and less intimidated in everyday life.

Most women are surprised by how empowering that confidence alone can be.

Do you train fighters?

We don’t train competitive fighters or put people in the ring. Our focus is on strength, confidence, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.

If your goal is fitness, stress relief, and learning solid boxing and kickboxing technique without getting hit, you’re in the right place.

If you’re looking to compete, we’ll happily point you toward a gym that specializes in that—but most of our members are here to get strong, not punched.

Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes. We offer one-on-one personal training for women who want more individualized coaching—whether that’s getting started, working around injuries, building strength faster, working around injuries, or having built-in accountability so you actually stay consistent.

Many members combine personal training with group workouts, but it’s available on its own too. We’ll help you choose what makes the most sense for you.

What is the Foundations and do I have to do it before joining group classes?

Foundations is a short series of structured, beginner-focused workouts where we teach you the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, and strength training. We also help you learn how to pace yourself—one of the hardest (and most important) skills for beginners—so you don’t feel overwhelmed or overworked. Yes, Foundations is required before joining regular classes. It ensures you feel confident, safe, and prepared so group workouts feel empowering, not intimidating.

Should I get in shape first before joining?

They say the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, but the second best time is today. The same goes for your health and wellness. Get started with us ASAP. We are the program that gets you in the best shape of your life.
